By using Rewardix, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use the service in your jurisdiction and that you can enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Rewardix may restrict access where use is not appropriate, lawful, or operationally supported.

2. Accounts and Access

Rewardix relies on Telegram-based access and may associate your activity with information made available through that environment. You are responsible for maintaining control of the Telegram account you use to access the service and for ensuring that your use remains accurate, lawful, and non-deceptive.

3. Rewards and Points

Points earned through Rewardix do not represent cash, stored value, or transferable property unless explicitly stated by the platform. Reward opportunities, conversion rules, eligibility requirements, and redemption availability may change over time in order to maintain quality, fairness, and operational stability.

4. Fraud Prevention

Rewardix actively monitors for manipulation, duplicate participation, false task completion, automated abuse, misleading referrals, or any behavior intended to distort the platform. Suspected fraud may result in withheld points, reversed rewards, restricted access, or permanent removal from the service.

5. Abuse and Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Rewardix in a way that harms the platform, other users, technical infrastructure, or third-party systems. This includes attempts to exploit errors, interfere with tracking, bypass intended workflows, impersonate others, or abuse support and communication channels.

6. Termination

Rewardix may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at its discretion where necessary to enforce these terms, protect the service, respond to risk, or comply with legal obligations. Users may also stop using the service at any time, though certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary.

7. Liability

Rewardix is provided on an availability-based basis and may be updated, limited, or interrupted without prior notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewardix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from service use, delays, interruptions, task outcomes, or reward availability.
